Welcome to the National Employment Lawyers Association, New Jersey Chapter. We are a local affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
Our membership consists of attorneys who, for the most part, represent those individuals who have been the subject of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, unequal pay, and hostility, all in the workplace. Our members advocate for these individuals. In addition, we are active in the legislative sphere, having been involved in the Diane Allen Equal Pay Act and also in recent legislation prohibiting mandatory arbitration clauses.
On the following pages you will see the names of our member lawyers. If you have an employment issue, please feel free to contact any of our lawyers. They will be more than willing to answer any questions and try to assist you with any employment issue you may be having with your employer.
