The NELA-NJ Rules and Judiciary Committee is responsible for keeping abreast of judicial appointments and providing testimony in support of or against potential candidates’ proposed appointment to the bench when necessary. This Committee is also responsible for reviewing proposed rule changes, commenting on such proposed rules on behalf of NELA-NJ when appropriate, and organizing members’ responses when appropriate.
