The Network, the
newsletter of NELA-NJ is a periodic publication of significant state

more. NELA-NJ members are encouraged to submit materials for
publication in The Network, including articles on employment issues,
information on recent developments, jury verdicts, significant
decisions, announcements of upcoming seminars or any other topic of
